I've spent the past several evenings at the sewing machine, putting this little bag together using this pattern, and the charm pack, All You Need Is Love, by Deb Strain for Moda. I just love the cheeriness of it!
The aforementioned charm pack only contained 32 fabrics, and I needed 35. This calls for improvisation! I managed to come up with three fabrics from my stash that went perfectly with this collection. I don't think anyone would be able to pick out the three fabrics that didn't belong.
It's available in my shoppe!
It's adorable! You using or selling that one? ;-) You should sell on Etsy...

Oh, I love it! I have a daughter who would adore it also!
ReplyDeleteI may have to buy this pattern. Would you say it is a relatively simple thing to make for an experienced seamstress?
Mrs. Rabe,
ReplyDeleteYes, I think an experienced seamstress could handle this with little to no difficulty. It's not a hard pattern, but is time consuming as there's lots of quilting involved.
Tracy,
ReplyDeleteIt's just beautiful!
