Dangerous Chocolate Cake

CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

1 Coffee Mug
4 T. flour(that's plain flour, not self-rising)
4 T. sugar
2 T. cocoa
1 egg
3 T. milk
3 T. oil
3 T. choc. chips
Small splash of vanilla

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix
thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips and vanilla, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000
watts.
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be
alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate, if desired.
EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to share!)

And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world?
Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any
time of the day or night, and it's really tasty!

  1. Hi Tracy,
that recipe is dangerous, indeed! I've done it a couple of times, and it's just like you said - too easy, too quick, too hard to keep your hands and mouth off eating chocolate cake too often! Maybe you should ask your family to hide your mugs...
We're excited about traveling tomorrow, to spend the Christmas holidays with my brother!
Wishing you and your beloved ones a wonderfully blessed, warm and comforting Christmas!
    Love, Marilene

  5. Did you like that? I've heard mixed things about that recipe. But it's moot, because I don't have a microwave - good thing, because if I liked that recipe, I could make chocolate cake 700 times A DAY!

  11. Now that recipe is enough to make me think that wheat might be worth eating in larger quantities. That looks delicious.

  12. Yes, it IS dangerous.

We found that recipe a while back and had to experiment with different flavored chips in it, too. Not that anyone else needed that suggestion, I'm sure...
