Pink Coconut Ice


I just can't seem to get enough of pink confections lately. I don't necessarily have to eat them, I just need to create them. Abigail and I teamed up to create this easy sugary confection. One recipe makes plenty because it is so rich and the servings are small. You can find the recipe at Mama's Fixins.
