Rice Pudding


A nice hot bowl of rice pudding is just the thing on a cold wintry night. It's also just the thing for invoking recitations of The Poky Little Puppy from my children. I don't know which I like more, the fact that they love my cooking, or the fact that they remember what I read to them when they were little.
