There are several new recipes over at Mama's Fixins. Spaghetti sauce, meatballs, salmon, pie, and tarts. Surely you can find something that interests you!
After spending the day in the kitchen yesterday, I contacted Beck to ask if I could share her tart recipe. You should try it. Really. It got rave reviews here.

OH MY!! I just went over to look at the recipes. Those tarts do look amazing, and seem so easy to make! Oh, and the pie...I LOVE chocolate pie and haven't been able to find a good recipe. THANK YOU for sharing, Tracy. I love your recipes! :)

just happened across your blog - and noticed your tarts - are those butter tarts? Oh I love them so much - but here in Missouri they are pretty much unknown.
I usually bake a batch around Xmas and or Thanksgiving...delicious!
