A Cold Day
It's been VERY cold here the past few days. Although we were out for most of the afternoon, we had a good hot meal. I used the crock pot to prepare Old-Fashioned Beef Stew. Mmmmm.... It's nice to get the work done early, and then enjoy it at supper time! You can find the recipe at my recipe blog, Mama's Fixins.

That looks SO good. Stew is one of Whitney's favorite meals. My mother always used to make it and it was delicious, but she doesn't cook anymore. I might have to try your recipe to lure Whit home!

Ymmmmm. Beaf stew is the greatest! My mom makes it pretty often too!
