More Beautiful
Although they were given to me last Thursday, my Valentine flowers are more beautiful with each passing day. When Mac heard me making this comment to Verne, he retorted, "Just like you, Mom!"
Hmmm... I wonder if he was serious, or trying to butter me up.

I vote for he was SERIOUS...either way what a sweet comment from a son that appreciates his mom--that is what I think.

Beautiful roses, Tracy, and with my whole heart I believe Mac was sincere in his comment. I believe this for two reasons. First, it's true. Second, he most likely has witnessed your dear husband make similar comments. Smart man, smart younger man. :o)
