Olive Nut Spread

Amy K made the most wonderful sandwich spread for our fellowship meal on Sunday, and I had to have the recipe. And it was so good that I had to make it for lunch today. Easy and delicious with just three ingredients, I think this spread would be perfect on finger sandwiches for a tea party or a shower.

Olive Nut Spread

12 oz. whipped cream cheese
1 can black olives,  finely diced
1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped

Mix well and serve on bread of your choice. It's particularly good on toast, and keeps in the fridge for a week.

My husband and four of my five children would absolutely devour this! [I'm personally not much of an olive fan ... but I keep trying them. If I keep an open mind, surely some day they'll become irresistible. :o)]

Mmmm. This'd be good on pumpernickle bread I'm thinking. Such an easy recipe. Jotting it down to try...
