Sewing Seeds

image.html.jpg

My friend Randi at i have to say started a project two years ago when her daughter visited Africa. They gathered 118 skirts to take along for the children there. Many women joined together to sew skirts for these children in a far away country.

Randi is at it once again, except this time the skirts are going to children in Costa Rica. If you want to help, you can read more about it here

"Sow the good seeds of righteousness, and you will harvest a crop of my love. Plow up the hard ground of your hearts, for now is the time to seek the Lord, that he may come and shower righteousness upon you."---Hosea 10:12

I'm in, are you?

I think this is a wonderful idea! I love making skirts, and have a stash of material that I needed to use up on cute little skirts. Little, because the stack consists of 1 yard or less of material in each piece.
