Eggs in a Basket


I'm so pleased to have found a local source for free range eggs. First use? Spinach salad. Yummy!

If that's going to include crumbled bacon and parmesan cheese ~ I'm in! :o) Our family loves spinach salad. What a blessing to find free range eggs!
