Hi there :) I found your blog from Mrs Anna's, and have been reading it for a while. I too have an interest in photography, and for Christmas this year received my Canon Rebel Xsi (!!!!). I was just wondering what kind of camera you use, and what tips you might have for someone starting out? I'm really clueless about lenses especially. Thanks so much!

Hi Mrs. Kassandra!

I have a Nikon D3000, and I'm fairly new to it. It was a Christmas/ birthday gift from my husband, and I've only had it since mid-October. I'm still learning. Our son got the same camera for Christmas ( and from saving money all year!), and is learning all about the features and teaching me as he learns.

As for tips, I'd just suggest shooting as much as you can, in all different lights. Have fun!
