Photo Challenge: Squares

I felt very uninspired this week. Have you ever seen the I Spy books? I'd love for my children to set me up a scene like the photos in those books, and then have you all try to find how many squares were in it. I mentioned it to them, they got excited for a brief second, and then forgot.

Oh, well!

These truffles were on a square plate, I promise!

Verne started working on the fireplace mantel this week. It should all be done by the end of the weekend. Should, being the operative word. ;0)

Did you notice? All of my photos were square!

Great job, Tracy! My pictures were more rectangle than square. It was hard this week.

Those candies in the first picture have always fascinated me, to bad I HATE licorice!

Mmm, I'll eat the chocolate though thank-you!

I agree, for being uninspired, your pictures are great!

Oh I LOVE that licorice!!!

That idea of the ISPY books is so awesome! My children borrowed a "look Alike" book from the library where the guy makes scenes using random stuff (but does so amazingly well) and immediately started their own project. It is slowly in the works, whenever we get a few minutes or a bit of inspiration.

Your posts always have me drooling.
