The Plot to Kill Jesus

It was now two days before the Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread. And the chief priests and the scribes were seeking how to arrest him by stealth and kill him, for they said, "Not during the feast, lest there be an uproar from the people."

Mark 14:1-2 (ESV)

We studied the last days before the crucifixion in Sunday School again this year. I love it that we review this each year adding more detail.
Yesterday we also studied the four accounts of Palm Sunday. One from each gospel. It is so interesting to see it from each writer's perspective but how they all fit together perfectly.

It is amazing each time to see, that knowing what He knew, Jesus was still willing to suffer and die for us.

The best news of all....He did not remain in the tomb! Hallelujah!
