Photo Challenge: Yellow
I have to say that I'm not loving these "color" photo challenges. I've felt very uninspired, and this week was the worst. Just how many dandelions do you think we'll see this week? I think abstractly a lot, and wanted to capture cowardice. It didn't happen.
Instead, I took very obvious photos. BORING, obvious photos.

I have felt that way MANY times. I just try and remember there is beauty even in the mundane if I seek it out.
Have no fear-I think RED is going to be our last color week. Be thinking of challenges you would like to see. I think next week I'll open it up for suggestions to add on to the challenge list!
Funny that you mentioned "cowardice". I really wanted to paint a broad yellow line down someone's back and take a shot of that, but no one wanted to cooperate with that idea. :(

I really like the one of your husband hammering. You captures the motion well. The lemon curd on a scone.....oh my....yummy!!!
Hmm... now I'm thinking about how one would capture "cowardice" in a photo. I wonder -- did you have any ideas for that?
Even if you don't find these color challenges so inspiring, I must say, that's the prettiest picture of a dandelion I've ever seen! Beautiful pictures!

The dandelion photo captured me for some reason, even thought it is basic it is still artisticly taken. I love making the basic into creative.

I thought about yellow-bellied, too, with the same results. Mine are ordinary, but isn't that the point, to see the beauty in the every-day?

I'm not feeling all that inspired with the colors either. Mainly because I seem to find all kinds of color things on the wrong weeks. lol!
