Fortification


Mini chocolate cupcakes frosted with chocolate and coffee cream cheese buttercream sprinkled with a dusting of cocoa powder.

Just a little inspiration for him to continue working on the fireplace.

    Oh, my! These look SO great! The icing recipe looks heavenly; do you have a special recipe for the actual cupcake? My current chocolate cake recipe comes out very dry. :( I haven't found one that I'm happy with, but yours looks moist and very chocolate-y. :)
