A Few Good Wonderful Recipes

There are three new recipes in the cookbook over at Mama's Fixins.

Hungry for beef? Try an Eye of Round Roast.

Chicken? How about Chinese Chicken Morsels.

Dessert? Have you ever tried Italian Pizzelles?

Oh my Gosh!! Please don't tempt me with MORE recipes!! (see my last post to understand why I have to steer clear of collecting more recipes for awhile!! LOL) I'm visiting in blogville trying to get caught up on what's been going on since I've been away. Looks like you've been busy cooking!!

Cool! We're in Watsontown Pa - right below the little league world series. but we make the trek to training camp to see the Steelers each year, in Latrobe. :-) We have so many cool pics and sigs from going out there! Dh's brother lives in western pa too - in Belle Vernon.

I did NOT grow up on a farm. Very much not. LOL! But I'm learning.. we moved here about 3 years ago. Dh grew up here. It was a beef farm when he lived here, but now the barn is gone, the fencing is gone.. and all the equipment gone. :-( We have replaced some.. but can't afford to do it all at once. We started with goats because I was afraid of cows. Not afraid of them if they were on the other side of the fence and I could just pet their noses.. but afraid of going in the pens and caring for them when Dan is not home. :-) we have a few now - I'm still a little afraid of them! :-)

Nice to meet you too!
