Time Well Spent

So then my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God.  James 1:19-20

Spending time in His Word. Contemplating. Listening. It's always a good thing.

What a soft and quieting picture you used with this well-chosen scripture and sentiment , Tracy. Beautiful.

Listening - with one's whole heart. Always a good thing. I've been listening more too. Others as well. Seems to be the season to especially listen to the beat of His heart.

AMEN!
A continual lesson for me. He gave me two ears and only one mouth...but my mouth is SOOOO much quicker. And my mouth is actually disobedient to what my heart would like to do.(or at least what i want me heart to do urgh) more work for me. Thanks heavens my Father has begun a work in me that he promises He will finish.
Have a lovely weekend!

Beautiful! It is the hush that allows us to hear the still small voice.
