Coconut Scones
Not exactly what I had in mind when I woke up this morning and decided to create, but I was out of pecans (OH! the shame!), and so the other variety has to wait. These were a lovely treat even if they weren't what I had originally planned.

Nice. Very nice. Great minds and all, I made cream scones yesterday afternoon. Fresh whipped cream and lemon curd alongside made a recipe for heaven on earth. Yours may very well be tried out tomorrow morning. Yes. I think that just may have to happen. :o)
