In the Garden,
In the Kitchen
woooohooo....looks like you are having a great harvest...lots of yummy things to eat....I love zucchini bread myself..and you can slice it and make french toast of it...debycome by having a great giveaway !!!
Aha...you obviously don't have rabbits who eat your lettuce before you have the opportunity. Your garden looks divine.
how do you grow your letuce so close? Do share! ours are in pathetic lil rows!
We have raised bed gardens, eliminating the need for rows on most things. You can space everything closer because you can reach across the 4 foot beds to work in them.
Your veggies are looking great! What variety of lettuce did you plant? We're still waiting for our first zucchini. I have a favorite zucchini recipe if you like feta:http://bluebarnbulletin.blogspot.com/2008/07/honey-roasted-zucchini.html
